Having sold out their May run of UK dates, tying in with the release of their new album Why Make Sense? Hot Chip have announced plans for a further UK tour that’s set to run through October, culminating with a show at Brixton’s O2 Academy on October 22nd.
Announced alongside the release of a limited edition 12” record of remixed of Need You Now, the band’s October tour follows an extensive jaunt over in the USA and around Europe, the tour will round off what looks to be a busy year for the band, also set to play a number of Festival performances in the Summer, including slots at Glastonbury, Lollapalooza, Lovebox and Green Man, to name a few. Beginning in Bristol with a show at the O2 Academy before passing through seven more cities including Portsmouth, Glasgow, Manchester, Leeds, Nottingham and Cambridge.
